Use of password: Once registered, users are provided with a password to enter the galleries. Users need only navigate to the desired gallery and they will be requested to input the password. The password should only need to be entered once per session. We ask this so all visitors will be registered. Use of Registration List: We do not share our registration list with anyone. We do not sell our registration list to anyone. Period. We require registration for the protection of our subjects. We will not be mailing anything to your address (other than photos you purchase hopefully). We will not be showing up at your doorstep. | Request for removal:
While we have the right to publish these photos we do not want to infringe
on anyone's privacy. If anyone wants photos of themselves or their
children removed from our site they need only send us an email
deletions@wallkillphoto.com and we will remove them immediately.
Likewise if anyone would like us to refrain from taking their or their child's photo they need only send us a email identifying the subject and we will make every effort not to photograph them. In the course of an event sometimes it is difficult to avoid photographing an individual while photographing others. We would still honor the request to not publish photos of the designated subject. We may however employ certain techniques to render the subject unrecognizable if they are in the background or partially captured while photographing others. |
